Redundancy guidance - Delivering a redundancy message is never easy. Our experienced coaches and HR practitioners can guide the leadership group through the process, prepare communications, be present to support the delivery of redundancy messages, and of course follow up with those employees affected by the changes.
Outplacement support - the quickest way employees can move on from a redundancy is through outplacement support. We offer short 6-8 week programs through to 6 month programs. Our professional and supportive coaches have all the tools to help affected employees plan for their next role, build and update their resume and linkedin profile,and practice any 'rusty' interview skills.
