At Career Knowledge we have developed 4 Models for group delivery -

In-house Careers Seminars - If you have received feedback from your team that they are looking to develop or perhaps are unsure what their next move is, then our career planning workshops can really assist. We have proven success in reducing turnover and building engagement. Workshops are typically 1 x Half day workshop or 2 x Half day workshops.

University - MBA and Post Graduates Program

With over 8 years experience teaching and coaching in the higher education sector (Monash and Deakin Universities) and based on a Wharton careers program we have designed our highly successful MBA and Post Graduate Program. The program combines small group interactive workshops with one on one coaching sessions. The current Premium program combines 5 workshops with one personalised coaching sessions delivered by our experienced coaches. Contact us to learn more - our result are exceptional.

Intensive Delivery Program - 1 day workshop + Coaching
This program has been designed to be delivered in small 15-18 participant groups via an intensive one day workshop. The workshop is then supported with a one on one coaching session.
The Intensive Delivery Program includes: 1 Full Day Workshop + Detailed workbook + 1 x coaching session per participant.

Onsite Careers Centre
Career Knowledge can operate an onsite careers centre for higher education or medium to large organisations that may be restructuring and looking to support transitioning employees. The program has been designed to be a “turn key” in house careers solution. We base our consultants on site and offer a range of workshops, structured coaching sessions and “drop in” advice to participants. Career Knowledge suggests approximately an average of 2 to 3 days on site support - with only onsite time paid for. We have a range of ready to go resources and are experienced coordinating and efficiently running your in-house Careers Centre.
