Jenny Mate - Managing Director

I am one of those people who truly loves what they do.
I am the founder, co-founder and Managing Director of Creating Credible Solutions and Career Knowledge.
Prior to founding Creating Credible Solutions I had the pleasure of working with market leaders Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, Delaware North Companies and William Angliss Institute, in senior Human Resources roles. This allowed me to work in multidisciplinary, customer driven and fast paced organisations..that in most cases operated 7 days of the week and 24 hours a day.
I have lead, HR teams, cultural change programs, IR reforms and processes, growth programs and restructures - my strengths are in building strong networks, building trust, mobilising quickly when needed, and really understanding business operations and demands. I am a strategist at heart - who communicates with honesty and can navigate through the most complex of situations to deliver a positive result.
Our team at Credible Solutions and Career Knowledge are all HR professionals and business leaders - who are not in the business of just talking..but doing.
